Conveniently located and very clean. The firm bed took some adjusting, and road noise was noticeable. the cleanliness and breakfast choices were superb. Staff is friendly & it's a great deal for the location. A few tweaks could make it perfect for a quick, easy stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was very relaxing. The hotel was clean, staff was consistently courteous. I took an updated and exceptionally clean room with a comfortable bed as well as contemporary style. A microwave, tea/coffee making equipment, and a fridge were a big plus.

The staff were very attentive, the location was superbly close to everything, and our room had a nice bath with great mountain views.

I chose Best Western Asheville-Blue Ridge Parkway for its location near the Biltmore Estate, but was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi throughout the property. The free breakfast, offering hot and cold items like cereal, eggs, fruit, juices, coffee. Additionally, its proximity to the Asheville Mall and various restaurants made my stay convenient.

The room had free Wi-Fi, a desk, armchairs, a spacious bathroom, and a king-size bed.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with two queen beds, and the staff is friendly, patient, and helpful, providing free wake-up calls and ironing services.

The location here is great, very convenient for finding places to eat and it's also close to Mission Hospital for medical visits.

The Best Western Asheville Tunnel Road's location was excellent, providing easy access to the city's attractions. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The free breakfast was a great addition, offering a variety of hot items and beverages.

The room's bathroom was not very accommodating for taller guests like myself. At 5'6", I couldn't lift my arms in the shower, and the drainage seemed to be slow.
